Advance it to Ready and check its workload contribution disappears. Show an unready room's arrival strictly before the demo clock and its overdue indicator, plus the boundary at equal times. Reset and confirm all 24 seeded rooms, initial states and assignments, clock10:00 and empty added history. Execute the existing production domain tests, and include the actual assertions and observed output. Verify the full journey at desktop and mobile widths, with evidence for all six original acceptance criteria together after any final changes. Fix only concrete defects exposed by these checks.
