Record the three actual visible entries, not only source code. In the same final evidence set, verify timestamped temperature readings with unchanged values before and after an operator decision and an excursion25minutes08:25–08:50UTC; late counts6/6/7 at delays0/30/120; acknowledge CT-009 with the exact note ColdTrail final review CT-009 and save hold, then actual F5 reload and reselect CT-009 to observe the note, hold, Acknowledged and Demo Operator. Verify the real CSV contains a header plus15rows. Execute node tests.js and expose its assertions and observed exit0 output. Verify mobile and desktop browser journeys. Report all six original acceptance criteria together, each with the actual observed result, including the rendered route milestones previously missing.
