Pomodoro timer web page with README

Build a single self-contained static web page, index.html with inline CSS and JavaScript and no external assets, that works as a pomodoro timer: it shows 25:00, a Start button counts down once per second, a Pause button stops the countdown, and a Reset button returns the display to 25:00.
