Finish and deliver the existing Loom Ledger report/data package by correcting the two proven inconsistencies from the prior run. Preserve the seven-file document/CSV deliverable and the already-correct reconciled data, summaries and scenario calculations. For mill3/period2, read the actual CSV row: raw waste is 56 kg, corrected waste is 41 kg, authorized correction is -15 kg. The reconciliation log, report and any references must state 56 -> 41 with -15, faithfully referencing the preserved raw input. Correct the report's material-balance explanation: virgin + recycled - finished output - waste equals the inventory increase 2772 kg in both scenarios, NOT zero. Full conservation is opening stock 810 + virgin + recycled - output - waste - closing stock 3582 = 0. Scenario closing stock remains unchanged. Confirm every summary grain uses the proper beginning/ending stocks; verified overall stock is 810 -> 3582. Re-read the final seven files after editing, and run one final independent check over the actual files proving the single raw anomaly, truthful correction values/delta, all corrected row balances and continuity, each aggregate, all scenario mass/cost calculations, and consistency of the report's numerical statements.
